Hermes Secretarial Services is owned and operated by Vorena Moore who has over 20 years secretarial and administrative experience in various organisations, in sectors ranging from breweries to banks.  Over the years she has gained a reputation for delivering an efficient and quality service to tight timescales.

During the course of her career, Vorena studied the RSA Diploma for Personal Assistants, gaining excellent secretarial qualifications at the highest level.  She also holds NVQ 3 in Business Administration and the Certificate of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).  Showing her commitment to continuing professional development, Vorena has been a member of the Institute of Qualified Professional Secretaries (IQPS) since 1989.

With over 20 years experience under her belt, Vorena Moore is the founder of Hermes Secretarial Services.  

Having worked in the industry for over 2 decades, she is aware of the challenges facing smaller businesses and corporations.
