Each client will have
differing requirements, but as a general rule the
following terms apply.
Fees are based on an
hourly rate - you only pay for the time taken and the
services provided. Charges are accrued in 15
minute blocks. In some circumstances a deposit of
50% of the estimated cost will be required before work
commences.
An invoice will be
issued on completion of the task. Terms are
strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice unless by
prior arrangement. Additional costs will be
incurred for postage and telephone calls. All
additional costs will be itemised on the invoice.
Payments are to be made by cheque.
A full set of terms
and conditions will be supplied, together with our
Booking Form, which must be signed and returned by the
client as acceptance of our terms an conditions prior to
the commencement of any work

CONFIDENTIALITY
Our
clients are guaranteed that their work will be
handled in a confidential and secure manner.
It will not be disclosed to any other party,
either directly or indirectly, nor will any information
received from a client be used to benefit Hermes
Secretarial Services. We are happy to sign
any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement
required. |
